Advertising/PR Disclosure and Media Requests

Larger Family Life is a personal blog owned, written and edited by me, Tania Sullivan. The opinions expressed are solely my own.


We often receive media requests from journalists, researchers and producers for different articles.  Sometimes we can help with what you are looking for, sometimes we can point you in the direction of somebody else who might be able to help you and sometimes we're of no use at all.  However, it's still worth asking!  If you have any questions or would like us to work with you for an upcoming project please get in touch with us.  We will not compromise on our beliefs or values and will not undertake anything that we are unhappy to be associated with.  If you would like to discuss your ideas further or feel we can assist you in any way please contact us via email at family@largerfamilylife.com.  Alternatively, you can contact us by post at:

The budget could always do with some help. I have kids, after all. Therefore please assume that links on the sites may be affiliate links for which I may receive a teeny-tiny commission on anything you buy through them.

I am happy to consider products for review or to include in giveaways. Compensation may be given for my time including but not limited to financial payment, sponsorship or complimentary products. If you would like me to host a review for a product I would like to point out that I cannot review something I have not been able to try out and therefore would require the product in question.  It must be understood that any reviews will be made honestly with my (or my family’s, if applicable) true view and opinion of the product. I will not mislead my readers by hiding any flaws or withholding my true opinion, though I’ll be tactful. If I really can’t be tactful and can’t think of anything nice to say about a product or site I won’t include it. 

If you would like me to host a giveaway for a product, compensation can be made by way of monetary payment or by sending an extra giveaway product for my own/my family’s use.

I will gladly accept surprise gifts in the post.  However, unless you have first contacted me regarding running a giveaway or review to which I have agreed I cannot guarantee to cover your product in a detailed post with a thorough review.  I may be happy to mention the product and/or company either in passing within a blog post or through the Larger Family Life Facebook and/or Twitter pages as a “thank you”.  If the surprise product  is exceptional in its field and I am thrilled beyond words by it then I would almost definitely want to shout it from the rooftops. 

My opinion will never, ever be influenced by money, products or advertising payments. Readers are advised to take into account that my opinion and views are purely that, and that they should also be prepared to do their own research.

Any advertising, products or sites or other must be appropriate to the content, personal beliefs and ethos of my site. I will not consider anything which I feel to be inappropriate or against mine or my families values and beliefs.
